Scope is established by reviewing drawings, bill of materials, material grade, dimensions and tolerances, welding and finish requirements, quantity, inspection, documentation, packing and delivery conditions together.

Approved material is sourced with heat number and certificate traceability.
Raw material is processed through the required cutting and preparation operations.
Threading, drilling, CNC, forming or welding operations are completed.
Required galvanizing, paint or special coating systems are applied.
Dimensional, visual and specification-related tests are completed.
Records are compiled and products are tagged and packed for export.
Export documentation and logistics are coordinated around the project schedule.
